Welcome to the GRANAMET Pre-Registration & Abstract Submission Form 

Please use this form to submit your abstract and indicate your preferred registration package (including social activities).

IMPORTANT NOTICE: 

This step is strictly a pre-registration for attending GRANAMET 2027. 

Preference will be given to pre-registrations with an abstract.

No payment is required at this time. Once the scientific committee has reviewed the submissions, we will contact you via email with the acceptance notification and the final instructions to process your registration fee.

IMPORTANT DATES:

• July 1st - September 30th: pre-registration and abstract submission.

• Early October: Communication of selected candidates.

• October 31st: Deadline for payment to confirm attendance at GRANAMET 2027.

• Early November: Communication of selected oral talks among early-career researchers.

Deadline: September 30th 2026 23:59 CET 

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the reviewing committee of which you will be notified by early October 2026 by e-mail.  

• Abstract text – limited to 300 words

• No references, tables or graphics can be included in the abstract (text form)

• Abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

• Modification of abstracts will not be possible after the abstract submission deadline.
